I recently had the opportunity to review some makeup items and of course I had to share my thoughts with all my lovely readers! I'd like to especially thank Miju at Vasanti for giving me this opportunity :) This is my first "make-up look" post, hope you all enjoy it!

P.S. I thought that it would be nice to note that Vasanti Cosmetics was founded by three Canadian women - love that this is CANADIAN! woo! Products can be found online through their website or at selected Shoppers Drug Mart locations. I find their prices to be really reasonable and I am all for supporting our local brand.

Brief Introduction of this new collection:

"Pinki Gosal, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Vasanti Cosmetics, decided to take an inspiration trip to South Korea’s capital city, Seoul. While walking down the streets of Myeong-Dong, Seoul’s main shopping district, Gosal couldn’t help but notice the colours and innovation South Korea had to offer. This eventually inspired her to create the new Myeong-Dong (which means bright town in Korean) Collection, taking the colours of South Korea and translating it to suit North American skintones."Here are some pictures of some of the other products featured in this new line:

Overall, I love the texture of the eyeshadow. It is highly pigmented and it is really creamy - also, I didn't experience any fall out which is great. I would love to try a few more of their products. I definitely have my eye on 1. See the Light Powder Hilighter 2. Wonders of the World Concealer 3. Manoi Magic Oil 4. Blush Brush (I am on a hunt for one).
