I have been trying out and including CeraVe skincare products for a while now and have previously reviewed them on the blog - if you're interested in reading them, you can click the link here. When they graciously sent over their newest items for me to try and I saw that they were baby products, I was absolutely ecstatic! The collection includes a Wash & Shampoo, Moisturizing Lotion as well as a Healing Ointment and the most thoughtful part of this was that they also sent along a musical hedgehog for Baby E to play with! This hedgehog is designed by Quebec designer Abricotine. 

As always, true to their brand promise - these baby products are approved by the national society of eczema and formulated without parabens, sulphates, fragrances or gluten. 

To provide you with more information on each product:

1. The Baby Wash & Shampoo - Contains 3 essential Ceramides (1,3,6-11). Ceramides help to promote healthy skin by restoring and maintaining its natural protective barrier. It is tear-free and non-irritating and since it is approved by the national society of eczema, it is great for all skin types, even those with sensitive skin. It retails for $12.99 for 237ml 

2. Baby Moisturizing Lotion: Like the product above, it contains the 3 essential Ceramides. In addition, it relieves skin conditions like pruritus and eczema. I know that sometimes my baby would have a random flare up on the skin where it isn't as extreme as a eczema yet, but may be a small rash or irritation, and this clears it right up. It is also fragrance free so I am not worried that this is overwhelming scent wise to my baby's sensitive nose. This product also retails for $12.99 for 237ml

3. Healing Ointment - Again, like the two products above this contains the 3 essential Ceramides in addition it contains Hyaluronic Acid, my favorite ingredient for those of you who have been following my blog, and especially in the winter time. It helps to soothe and prevent baby diaper rash and is Lanolin-free. It retails for $19.99 for 85g. I really love the slim tube of this product as it makes it so easy for me to slip in my pouch in the diaper bag. It is also squeeze tube which means I don't have to go digging in a tub for product and end up getting it everywhere. It's little touches like this that I really appreciate in a brand.

If you are a mommy, mommy-to-be or just looking for some items to get to that someone special in your life who is expecting or would appreciate this, I really suggest you look into this brand and line. If I had to recommend one specific item, it would be the Healing Ointment!
