Twice a year, Sephora has a special sale for its VIB and VIB Rouge customers. In the spring the percentage is usually VIB - 10% and VIB Rouge 15% off. Around November, the sale is usually VIB - 15% and 20% for VIB Rouge members (don't quote me on that though as that number can change anytime). As mentioned in my previous posts, (the one from 2015 and 2014), I save up my money and buy things that I need to get a back-up for (things I love) and things I'm really interested in trying. Being a beauty blogger, though I do get sent alot of the product I review on this site, I still have items that I want to try 1) before other reviews surface or 2) that I am genuinely interested in or lastly 3) if it's limited edition.

The Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows are a class on its own, they are ultra pigmented, buttery smooth and do not disappoint. The palette is $55, which means it's $3.90 a shadow - you just can't beat that. I will have a tutorial coming soon featuring this palette.

I wasn't planning to purchase the Marc Jacobs lipstick, but I had lost it .. and I love it THAT much to actually go and repurchase it. It's a beautiful everyday my lips but better shade. I had purchased Tarte, Salt Lyfe, hoping that it would be a pretty mauvey pink - the website did mention that it was a mauvey grey, however it is actually more grey on me than it is mauve. I looked a bit zombie on me so I need to find another shade sometime.
Keranique - Thickening & Texturizing Mousse
I bought this to once again if you're a follower of my blog, you'll know by now that I am always on the search to volumize my hair. This product though, you have to be careful when using - you need to use only half the amount they say, so one to 1.5 pumps or else it'll be really tacky and you'll feel it in your hair and weigh it down. Using just half the amount gives you tons of volume and gritt that lasts the whole day (even when you sleep on it the night before)
Briogeo - Scalp Revival Charcoal and Biotin Dry Shampoo
This dry shampoo promises to grow your hair and act as a treatment while soaking up the grease. I love this product! It does leave a white cast if you don't massage it into your scalp properly, but it has a very refreshing scent that lasts all day as well.
Sephora - Dry Clean Instant Dry Brush Cleaner Spray
I suggest everyone to go grab a bottle of this. You spray 1-2 sprays directly onto your brush bristles, then swirl it onto paper towel until it comes out clear. Usually it takes me 1-2 times (usually once for eyeshadow brushes) and maybe 2-3 times for face brushes. The thing is that this doesn't leave a scent like the Daily Brush Cleanser below and this is dry instantaneously.
Sephora - The Cleanse: Daily Brush Cleanser ~ since returned. This product is good, however after I tried the Dry Shampoo, there's no turning back. That one beats this hands down! It's made all my brush cleaning times a breeze.
Sephora - Pro Featherweight Complexion Brush #90
I have been looking for a good blush brush for a while now that can give a sheer to buildable coverage but is precise enough to just focus on the cheeks.
This make-up bag is way too cute, I had to buy it when I got it, however I had to return it - the size just didn't work for me, it is a bit too square the top is actually shaped with a metal insert so it is permanently in a big square shape that is quite bulky for the purse. I wish they came out with a pouch with this pattern! too bad. The ice cream cones with lips sprinkles and lipsticks all over is way too cute!
