SUVA Beauty has been a brand I was recently introduced to a few months ago, and I am so happy that I am continuously able to try their new product launches. I have written about them before, so if you're interested in reading about it, then click the link here. SUVA Beauty creates one of my favorite liquid lipstick formulas, they are whipped, weightless on the lips and moisturizing - bonus, they smell like vanilla cupcakes with toasted marshmallow? mmm...This post features their newest product launches, their Saffron Palette, two Hydra Liners and two new Liquid Lipsticks. I have these babies swatched for you as well as applied on the face so you can see how they work and look.
For those of you who are not familiar with their liquid lipstick formulations, you can read all about my thoughts in this post here - honestly, I wish they would make more colors I would love to own them all! They are fantastic and just so comfotable on the lips and dry down wonderfully without settling in fine lines or cracking.
I am new to their hydra liners, but they perform just as you see it online - add one drop of water and mix it directly in the pot and it delivers this beautiful wash of color that when dried, does not budge at all. You can use these as a liner, or even as a base. You can use them for detail art work if you wish as well.
Lastly, the Saffron Palette itself - in all honesty, when you swatch them on the hand like you see below, the mattes seem a bit dry but honestly when you apply it directly to the eyes, that problem does not translate at all - it buffs out beautifully as you see in the eye look I created and it does not skip or have fall out. It goes to show, never judge something just by swatching it with the finger - you gotta put it to work and test it out for yourself. Staying true to what makes SUVA Beauty's shadows so famous is their metallics - they are buttery smooth, pigmented and just glide on effortlessly on the lid. It does not require any wetting of the brush before application and stays sharp all day without creasing.
