SAJE - Ginger-Aide and Foodie Drops Review*

I have been using Saje products for the past few years and am so happy to have the chance to review their new product releases as they are launched. My experience with Saje is mostly in the oil and diffiuser blends and room sprays so when these Foodie and Ginger-Aide drops were released, I had to give them and try and see if they are as good as the other products I already have on constant rotation in my life.

To learn more about my thoughts, just click below and keep on reading....

GINGER-AIDE is said to be Clearing, Citrus and Refreshing. It gives you the experience of warming ginger paired with citrus kick. They are organic, vegan and gluten-free and contains echinicea. Thoughts: If you are buying these because you think they are like candy drops, then I would rethink things. These literally are herbal drops, they are meant to soothe you. When you first put this in your mouth, there is a very subtle sweetness as it melts. The taste of lemon is strong and then the spiciness of the ginger adds a bit of a kick afterwards.  I think that this would be good for when you also when you need some comfort when you have some uneasiness in your throat.

FOODIE is said to be Soothing Sweet and Fresh. Licorice is matched with ginger and like the Ginger-Aide, these are organic, vegan and gluten-free. These contain peppermint and spearmint. Thoughts: This is also very herbally in taste and the licorice is quite the strong note that comes out. I normally do not like licorice, but this is tolerable. It has a bit of an earthy sweetness to it and I can see how this would be a good digestive aid. The licorice and ginger helps with any onion or garlic breath (I tested it after I had tacos) and the warming sensation soothes.

Lastly, I was lucky enough to receive a replacement for my Peppermint Halo Headache Remedy. I have been using this for the past 2 years and it has reduced my intake of Advil and Tylenol for when I have migraines. I use the rollerball to apply this on my accupressure points - the back of my neck, the sides of my temples and sometimes I like to dot it right on my nose too so I can inhale it and relax it. It's so calming, soothing and it tingles slightly and just works to melt my migraine away. I am on my second one and recommend it to all my friends! Even my coworkers can attest to the fact that I use this all the time at work. I keep one at my desk at work, and one in my purse on the go.

I highly suggest you give Saje Products a try now - as I write this blog post, I also have my diffuser going in the back with the Rain Forest blend.

Until next time, XO - M.
