My entire life, I had been using your traditional cotton pillowcases and really saw no need to invest in satin or silk ones, no matter how luxurious they looked, I just didn't know if it was worth the price tag. I thought they were only for aesthetic purposes vs. having actual beneficial properties. When I had the chance to try the CILQUE 100% silk pillowcases, I definitely had to say yes. I took time to educate myself on the benefits, that it helps to defy wrinkles, sleep creases and prolong blowouts. It is hypoallergenic and breathable and helps to cool you in the summer and warm you up in the winter. In addition to all those traits, you are said to get a soft and luxurious sleep. 

The pillowcase I received fits a standard/queen size pillow, is made of 100% silk and is crafted very well. I appreciate the fine details like the piping, the small brand tag on the corner of the case as well (all pictured below). I'm so happy that these are machine washable as well, therefore the maintenance of these items is not as intimidating as I think they would be. 

Another detail I like is that all of their packaging for the pillowcase is made from recycled boxes. They come in a variety of colors like black, blush pink, white, cream (all subject to change), and they retail for $79-$99.

So after testing out this product, I do say that I agree with the statements above, I am a stomach or side sleeper and sometimes I wake up with the worst sleep-lines on my face which takes hours to subside. With this pillowcase, I had never got it once so yay. I loved the feeling of the silk on my face, it does feel very luxurious. One thing that made me paranoid was drool stains, I do drool, yes when I'm super tired and sleeping on my stomach - name me someone who doesn't do that, so usually even with cotton pillowcases I like to put a little towel on top it for me to lie on.  Honestly though, I can't speak to the claims of wrinkles because I think that would take a long test period (years) to validate, but I can attest to the fact that I got a very comfortable sleep, my hair felt smooth in the morning and not knotted or messy, and I had no sleep lines!
